Welcome to Seattle Driving Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking lessons, tests, or using our website.

1. Services

Seattle Driving Academy provides:

Driving lessons and behind-the-wheel training
Knowledge (written) and driving (skill) tests as approved by the Washington State Department of Licensing

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 15 years old and meet Washington State eligibility requirements
Possess a valid government-issued photo ID and required permits/licenses
Agree to comply with all safety rules and instructor directions

3. Payments

All fees must be paid in full prior to receiving services.
Payments are accepted via credit card, cash, or online payment platform.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or test to receive a refund or reschedule without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Student Responsibilities

Arrive on time with the required documents (permit, license, or other state-required paperwork).
Do not attend lessons or tests under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor or examiner.
Students are responsible for any damages caused due to reckless or negligent behavior.

6. Liability

Driving involves inherent risks. By participating in lessons or tests, you accept these risks.
Seattle Driving Academy and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or outside of training sessions, except where required by law.
You agree to release and hold harmless Seattle Driving Academy, its employees, and contractors from any claims arising from participation in services.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate lessons/tests if a student:

Engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior
Provides false information or fails to meet state requirements
Violates these Terms and Conditions

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
